The Ec8 collection is a personal interpretation by Charlotte and Alexis of their family design pieces with its bourgeois and outdated connotations. With a desire to break away from the constraints of a typical product, they aim to offer pieces that feels out of sync with its time, injecting a touch of humor contrary to its Art Deco and classical references. The function of the furniture takes precedence over form, with a deliberate rupture between matte and glossy materials, noble and humble elements, industrial and artisanal aesthetics. These pieces are intended to withstand the test of time, and are crafted to become cherished heirlooms, imbued with memories and stories to be passed on to future generations.
